This is a legal agreement between you, the licensee, and Radu Stanciu. By using this program, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install Dial-Up Monitor.
Evaluation and Registration
Dial-Up Monitor is shareware, which means that you can start it for 30 times to evaluate it. If during, or at the end of, the evaluation period you decide that you would like to continue using Dial-Up Monitor, please register your copy.
Your single-user registration will license you to use your copy of Dial-Up Monitor, will support work on future versions, new features, and bug fixes, and will provide you with technical support via e-mail.
Distribution
You may copy the evaluation version of this software and documentation and give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from Radu Stanciu.
Restrictions
You may not lease, rent or sub-license Dial-Up Monitor. Also, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Dial-Up Monitor.
If you would like to distribute Dial-Up Monitor as part of a shareware distribution, magazine, Internet book, CD ROM, etc. contact Radu Stanciu for written permission.
Registered Version
One registered copy of Dial-Up Monitor may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both. You may access the registered version of Dial-Up Monitor through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network, or that you purchase a company license.
License types:
Single License - can be used on only one computer
Company License - can be used on all the computers of a company or local network
Worldwide License - can be used on all computers of a company or network that extends over a large area (regional offices, etc.)
No Warranty
Dial-Up Monitor is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Radu Stanciu be liable for any damages whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits or special damages, even if Radu Stanciu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
